Starting today till the 15th day of the 3rd month on the Bhutanese calendar, the 9th Moenlam Chhenmo is being conducted to commemorate the silver jubilee of HH's enthronement to the Vajradhara Throne and for the current situation of the COVID-19 pandemic.
