The Samtse Dzongkhag Administration is delighted to announce the commencement of the Annual Moelam Chenmo, which is scheduled to take place for 5 days from the 20th through 24th of October 2023. The event will be hosted at the Samtse Higher Secondary School Football Ground. 
The Moelam Chenmo will be presided over by HIs Eminence  Dorji Lopen of the Central Monastic Body. All devotees and well-wishers are cordially invited to join us to offer your prayers and receive blessings.
