The 3rd monthly learning forum for the LGs of Samtse conducted today. The monthly learning forum is scheduled on the last friday of every month. The topic for learning for the following month is decided by the LG members. In the last three learning forums, the following topics were discussed:
1. Procurement rules and regulations
2. Census rules and regulations, procedures
3. Land rules and regulations.

The topic for the next monthly learning forum is community contract protocol and engineering services.
