The Welfare Scheme is Established on 8th June 2009 and for the Employees of Samtse Dzongkhag. The welfare scheme is known as Samtse Dzongkhag Welfare Scheme(SDSWS-2009). The Scheme is created for the purpose of providing Cash assistance to registered members during unfortunate events befalling the members.
