In accordance with the Notification issued by the Election Commission of Bhutan vide ECB/NOTIF-01/2023/1005 dated 16th February 2023, calling election to the National Council of the Parliament of Bhutan, the Samtse Dzongkhag Election Authority hereby notifies the general public of Samtse Dzongkhag that the Dhamngoi Zomdu to select a nominee from each Gewog/Dzongkhag Thromde to contest for the National Council election 2023 will be conducted as per the schedule attached.

The aspiring candidates must be present at the Dhamngoi Zomdu at 9 am sharp as per the schedule along with his/her photo measuring 2.3cm x 2.3cm for use on EVM.

The registered voters who attend the Dhamngoi Zomdu must produce VPIC or valid CID to cast his/her vote. 

The aspiring candidates must produce all the required documents at the Dhamngoi Zomdu on the scheduled date.
